Safety and hygiene: Microwave can penetrate the object inside and internal heating at the same time, the frequency is 2450MHZ,2.45 billion times per second oscillation, water molecules are also ten thousand times oscillation, mutual friction between moleculesproduces heat, its own heat. So it can be widely used in the drying and dehydration of chemical products.

Safety and health: Microwave applied to synthetic chemistry. The reaction time of the products under the iradiation of microwaveirradiation, hydrolysis, oxidation and nucleophilic substitution can be greatly reduced and the yield increase. For example, diphenylacetate is an important intermediate for synthetic drugs. The traditional method requires the retum of diphenyl hydroxyacetic acidand low carbon fatty alcohol to 4H, which can be obtained by a certain yield of the ester, and by microwave iradiation, the reactionis done only in 10min.

Scope of application: Oxalate cobalt, lthim hyroxide, nickel hydroxide, pure dew, secondary ammonium tungstate, cobalt acidlthim, barium carbonate and stontium carbonate, water contet from 40% to 0.5% ater drying. drying time only 6to 15 minutes,the dryjing temperature can be controlled in 80-90 C.
