Mineral microwave drying equipment is mainly used for drying and dehydration of mineral materials. Mineral microwave drying equipment has the characteristics of fast drying speed and short time. Microwave equipment heating is a new heating method. It does not need heat conduction, the heating is even, the temperature inside and outside the material is raised at the same time, and the drying speed is extremely fast. For chemical products with water content less than 35%, the drying speed can shorten several times of the drying time compared with the conventional equipment drying by means of heat conduction.

When the mineral material microwave drying equipment is heated, the microwave can directly act on the medium molecules to convert into heat energy. Because the microwave has the penetrability to heat both inside and outside the medium at the same time, it does not need heat conduction, so the heating speed is very fast. Because the medium inside and outside of the material are heated at the same time, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the material is small, which greatly improves the drying efficiency.

Compared with traditional drying equipment, mineral microwave drying equipment has the following advantages:

1. High efficiency and waste. Microwave can directly act on the material itself, microwave stainless steel heating drying box and air do not need to be heated.
